The Fonderia Eredi Caglioni was founded in 1902 as artistic foundry and later on it specialized as second casting of non-ferrous alloys foundry.

Years of experience and constant technological improvements let Fonderia Eredi Caglioni to reach a high level of manufacturing, which enabled Fonderia Eredi Caglioni to achieve international quality certificates, like the DNV Quality Management System Certificate (2004) and the prestigious certificate of Approval of Material Manufacturers issued by Germanischer Lloyd (2007).

The company is constantly investing in its production upgrading and efficiency improvement, so being able to meet any customer’s request. The system includes a greensand moulding plant, methane ovens and a finishing department. Furthermore, the presence of a models warehouse, organized following a precise identification system, together with a technical office and a laboratory for analysis, ensure the maximum control in any working phase.

Over the time and thanks to its innovative spirit, Fonderia Eredi Caglioni has reached a high degree of specialization and diversification in the supply of raw products, even of considerable size, and even in very specialized fields, such as shipbuilding.
